Home Remedies for AIDS

Safe Sex: Stay away from hemophiliacs, multiple partners, and drug users during heterosexual intercourse. Use condoms to prevent transmission of AIDS virus. AIDS can be transmitted by homosexual partners to heterosexuals.

Nutritious Food: Include lots of raw fruits and vegetables as nutrients boost body immune system and prevent any possibility of infection. Include lean protein and whole grains. Avoid raw eggs, unpasteurized dairy products, and raw seafood like sushi, oysters, or sashimi. Cook meat until completely done.

Whey Protein: This cheese by-product increases CD4 cell count, reduces diarrhea, and increases body weight.

Fish Oil: This controls cholesterol levels, which normally increase due to HIV infection.

Garlic: Garlic boosts your body immune system but reduces effectiveness of anti-HIV drugs by fifty percent. Include garlic only occasionally.

Aloe Vera: Eat aloe vera leaf, as it is rich in carrisyn. It prevents AIDS from spreading.

Alternative Therapies for AIDS

Vaccination: Go for regular immunizations as these reduce chances of infections like flu and pneumonia. However, vaccines should not contain live viruses, as such viruses prove dangerous for people with weak immune systems.

Pets: Some animals carry parasites that can cause infection in HIV-positive people. Cat feces can cause toxoplasmosis, while pet reptiles can carry salmonella.

Infected or Pregnant Mothers: Infection passes during childbirth. Infected mothers should stay aware of possible consequences and take adequate care.
