Ingredients Required:</strong><br />
2 cups mashed pomegranate arils and juice<br />
6 four inch strips orange zest<br />
3 cloves garlic, sliced in half from length<br />
1 tbs. coriander seeds<br />
6 tbs. sugar or honey<br />
3 cups red wine vinegar<br />
A quart-canning jar of a glass container</p>
<p><strong>The Method:</strong><br />
Keep the mashed pomegranate arils and juice in a hygienized quart-canning jar. Put in orange zest, coriander seeds, and garlic. Mix sugar or honey in vinegar. Pour the sugar-vinegar mixture over pomegranate mix. Cover with a tight lid and keep it aside to cool and dark place to impregnate for two weeks. Filter it and pour the liquid in a clean wine bottle. Place the cork taut. Consume as you wish. You can keep it as it is for many months. Always store it in a cool and dark place.</p>
