<p><strong>Ingredients Required:</strong><br />
2 cups thickly chopped green bell pepper or one large pepper<br />
4 cups thickly chopped ripe tomatoes<br />
1½ cups thickly chopped onion<br />
½ cup softened parsley Juice of one lime<br />
1 tsp. minced garlic<br />
1 tsp. ground hot chili or as per taste<br />
¼ cup fresh pomegranate juice<br />
1½ tsp. sea salt<br />
1 tsp. freshly ground black pepper<br />
½-cup pomegranate arils</p>
<p><strong>The Method:</strong><br />
Put bell pepper, tomatoes, onion, parsley, lime-juice, garlic, and chili in the mixer or food processor. Pulse 6 times. The mixture should be uniform. Pour out salsa in a bowl. Put in the pomegranate juice and add seasonings. Mix the pomegranate arils well and serve.</p>
