Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority has prescribed certain terms and conditions regarding maintenance of the flats allotted in YEIDA Yamunotri Housing Scheme BHS-04/2014 and general maintenance work of the Yamunotri complex.
Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority will allow transfer of your flat in YEIDA Yamunotri Housing Scheme BHS-04 to a legal heir or other than the legal heir, after execution of lease deed, subject to the fulfillment of prescribed conditions.
Allottee of Yamunotri Housing Scheme BHS-04 shall not be entitled to divide the flat or amalgamate it with any other flat or flats without prior written permission of Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority’s CEO or any other officer authorized.
If an allottee of YEIDA Yamunotri Housing Scheme BHS-04/2014 desires to mortgage his or her multistory flat for raising loan, they can do so, provided they take prior consent of the Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority (the lessor).
Residential flats in YEIDA Yamunotri Housing Scheme BHS-04/2014 will have construction with R.C.C. combined footings in foundation for bearing load, as per FAR with marble stone or tile flooring in rooms, granite stone and tiles in kitchen and toilets.
Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority will allow surrender of your flat in Yamunotri Housing Scheme to the Authority, subject to the terms and conditions. The Authority shall also be free to exercise its rights of cancellation of allotment of a flat.
Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority will give allotment of BHS-04/2014 flats to the allottees on a lease of 90 years. The allottee has to pay a lease rent at the rate of 10% of the premium of the plot in lump sum before execution of lease deed.
Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority will offer possession of the flats to successful applicants within a period of 3 years from the date of issue of allotment letter. You will have to take possession of the flat within 60 days from the date of offer.
Applicants applying for a residential flat in the YEIDA Yamunotri Housing Scheme BHS-04/2014 have option of making the payments in easy installments on allotment of a multistory flat. Last date to apply for YEIDA flats scheme BHS-04 was on January 31, 2015.
