Allottee of Yamunotri Housing Scheme BHS-04 shall not be entitled to divide the flat or amalgamate it with any other flat or flats without prior written permission of Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority’s CEO or any other officer authorized.

If an allottee of YEIDA Yamunotri Housing Scheme BHS-04/2014 desires to mortgage his or her multistory flat for raising loan, they can do so, provided they take prior consent of the Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority (the lessor).
Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority (YEIDA) had allotted residential flats to the applicants of YEIDA Yamunotri Housing Scheme BHS-04/2014 through a lottery draw of lots and will be subject to fulfillment of certain terms and conditions.
