&#8211; Insufficient or improper stretching before and after exercises<br />
&#8211; Weak and inflexible calf muscles<br />

Numerous repetitive injuries tear away tendon muscle. This causes inflammation. Prolonged inflammation and continued strain degenerates tendon leading to tenosynovitis. Nonetheless, tenosynovitis sometimes also occurs in people with no history of tendon overuse.</p>
