CTBC Bank Co. Ltd has reduced its One Year MCLR Base Rate or the minimum lending rate by 0.80%, or 80 basis points with effect from Thursday, November 22, 2018. CTBC Bank has revised its One Year MCLR Base Rate from 8.89 percent to 8.09 percent per annum.
