Pomegranate Guacamole Recipe

Pomegranate guacamole is a bizarre dish and a catchy appetizer. It acts as a delicious salad to go with a casual meal steeped with Southwest flavors. You can serve it with hot com or flour tortillas or a colorful variety of red, yellow, and blue corn chips.

Ingredients Required:
½ large size onion, peeled and minced
Two cloves garlic crushed
Two fresh Serrano chilies, seeded and minced
2-tablespoon fresh coriander leaves
Juice of one lime
1/2 tablespoon salt
Two large ripe avocados, peeled and pitted
1-tablespoon pomegranate juice
3-tablespoon pomegranate arils

The Method:
Mix well with onion, garlic, chilies, and coriander leaves in a mixing bowl. Put in lime juice and salt and keep it aside. Keep avocados in an extra bowl and mash it well with fork. Tardily add pomegranate juice.

Crinkle in the onion mixture and keep the texture crude. Mildly fold in the pomegranate arils. Serve at once or keep the avocado pits on the top of guacamole. Keep it away from getting dark. Cover it in a plastic wrap. Refrigerate until set up to serve.

Beverage Suggestion:
Tryptic Colombia Valley Chardonnay goes well with the dish. The buttery texture of avocados, paired well with com chips and a little pinch of spice suit well with a chardonnay.
