The Haryana Urban Development Authority (HUDA) had announced result of the lottery draw for the HUDA Guhla Cheeka residential plots scheme on April 05, 2011.

The Haryana Urban Development Authority had launched a new residential plots scheme in R-IV, Mandi Township, Guhla Cheeka on August 18, 2010. The last date for submission of application forms for the HUDA residential plots scheme Guhla Cheeka was on October 18, 2010.

In the HUDA plots scheme Guhla Cheeka, the Haryana Urban Development Authority had offered total 282 freehold residential plots (including the handicapped and blind category plots) in the range of 90 square meters (4 Marla), 135 square meters (6 Marla), 162 square meters (8 Marla), 220 square meters (10 Marla), 324 square meters (14 Marla), and 450 square meters (1 Kanal).

The allotment for the Haryana Urban Development Authority’s Guhla Cheeka residential plots scheme was made through a draw of lots and was held in the presence of a panel of independent judges, HUDA officials, and eligible applicants.
