The Himachal Pradesh Housing and Urban Development Authority (HIMUDA) had launched a freehold residential flats scheme in Jarja, Nahan in district Sirmour of Himachal Pradesh on June 12, 2012.
The last date for submission of application forms for the HIMUDA Jarja housing colony flats scheme was on July 31, 2012.
In the HIMUDA Jarja freehold residential flats scheme, there were total 96 residential flats of the different categories on offer at the allotment rate of Rs. 46.10 lakhs for a 3 BHK flat and Rs. 34.58 lakhs for a 2 BHK flat. Out of these 96 residential flats, the Himachal Pradesh Housing and Urban Development Authority is offering 56 flats of Category I (120 square meter plinth area), and 40 flats of Category II (90 square meter plinth area) for allotment to the Indian citizens through a lottery draw of lots.
