The Amritsar Development Authority (ADA) had refunded the Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) to the unsuccessful applicants of ADA Amritsar Aero City residential plots scheme before September 30, 2015.
The Amritsar Development Authority had launched a residential scheme of 428 plots (ADA Amritsar Scheme Code: Aero City Plots Scheme) in Aero City, Amritsar in Punjab on May 18, 2015.
ADA Amritsar Aero City Plots Scheme – Refund of the Registration Money to the Unsuccessful Applicants
The Amritsar Development Authority had issued the refund orders for the registration money without interest through the nodal branch of the bank where the applicant had deposited his or her application form.
In case the application for ADA Amritsar Aero City residential plots scheme is in joint name(s), the refund will be made in the name of the first applicant only.
If your application form number is not found in the list of the successful applicants of ADA Amritsar Aero City residential plots scheme, you should contact the concerned bank (where you filed your application form for this scheme) with your acknowledgment receipt for the status of your earnest money refund.
The designated bank shall be responsible for the dispatch of refund cheques to the unsuccessful applicants of ADA Amritsar Aero City residential plots scheme.
