Reservation for the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes in HUDA Hisar Residential Plots Scheme

The Haryana Urban Development Authority (HUDA) had launched a 2878 freehold residential plots scheme (HUDA Scheme Code No. SC00000061) in Sector-14 and Sector-33, Hisar in Haryana on May 09, 2013.
As per Haryana Government’s current reservation policy, 15% of the total number of plots in 6 Marla and 4 Marla plots category were reserved for the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes in the HUDA Hisar plots scheme. Accordingly, the Haryana Urban Development Authority had reserved 49 residential plots in Sector-14 and 108 residential plots in Sector-33 for the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes applicants in HUDA Hisar plots scheme.
In the HUDA Hisar plots scheme, the Haryana Urban Development Authority had reserved total 157 freehold residential plots for the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes applicants in Sector-14 and Sector-33, Hisar.
Allotment of a residential plot in the HUDA Hisar plots scheme to a Scheduled Caste or Scheduled Tribe applicant will be subject to fulfillment of the applicable eligibility terms and conditions.
