The Tamil Nadu Housing Board (TNHB) had launched a residential flats scheme for the Tamil Nadu government servants in Nerkundram in Chennai, Tamil Nadu on Monday, July 02, 2012.
The last date for submission of application forms for the TNHB Nerkundram residential flats scheme was on Wednesday, July 25, 2012.
In the Tamil Nadu Housing Board Nerkundram residential flats scheme, there were total 49 residential flats for the different income categories on offer at the allotment rate of Rs. 4,549,700 for a 1,523 square feet flat (HIG-I), Rs. 4,361,800 for a 1,461 square feet flat (HIG-II), and Rs. 1,668,400 for a 600 square feet flat (LIG).
Out of these 49 residential flats, the Tamil Nadu Housing Board had offered 7 flats of HIG-I Category, 2 flats of HIG-II Category, and 40 flats of LIG Category for allotment to the Tamil Nadu government servants through a lottery draw of lots.
The brochures including the applications forms of the TNHB Nerkundram residential flats scheme were available in the office of Special Project Division II, Tamil Nadu Housing Board situated at Ashok Nagar Shopping Complex, Chennai 600083 (Tamil Nadu).
As it was expected, the lottery draw of lots for the Tamil Nadu Housing Board Nerkundram residential flats scheme was held before October 31, 2012.
