The Greater Noida Industrial Development Authority (GNIDA) had refunded the Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) to the unsuccessful applicants of GNIDA independent houses scheme BHS-15 in December 2012.
The Greater Noida Industrial Development Authority had issued the refund orders for the registration money without interest through the nodal branch of the bank where the applicant had deposited his or her application form.
The Greater Noida Industrial Development Authority had launched a residential scheme of 321 independent houses (GNIDA Scheme Code BHS-15/2012) in Greater Noida on August 15, 2012.
The last date of booking or registration for the GNIDA independent houses scheme BHS-15/2012 was on September 14, 2012.
The Greater Noida Industrial Development Authority had announced result of the lottery draw for the GNIDA independent houses scheme BHS-15/2012 on November 29, 2012.

If your application form number is not found in the list of the successful applicants for the GNIDA independent houses scheme BHS-15/2012, you should contact the concerned bank (where you filed your application form for this scheme) with your acknowledgment receipt for the status of your earnest money refund.
The designated bank shall be responsible for the dispatch of refund cheques to the unsuccessful applicants.
