Reservation for Scheduled Castes Applicants in GNIDA Independent Houses Scheme BHS-15/2012

The Greater Noida Industrial Development Authority (GNIDA) had launched an independent houses scheme (GNIDA Scheme Code BHS-15/2012) in the different Sectors of Greater Noida, Uttar Pradesh on August 15, 2012.
In the GNIDA independent houses scheme BHS-15/2012, the Greater Noida Industrial Development Authority had offered total 321 residential houses for allotment to the various categories of applicants.
Allotment of a residential home in the GNIDA independent houses scheme BHS-15 shall be governed by the provisions contained in the Uttar Pradesh Industrial Area Development Act, 1976 (U.P. Act No. 6 of 1976).
Greater Noida Industrial Development Authority Independent Houses Scheme BHS-15: Scheduled Castes Category Reservation
As per Uttar Pradesh Government’s current reservation policy, 16% of the total number of residential houses in the reserved categories (Functional Industrial Units, Functional Commercial and Institutional Units, Farmers or Land Oustees, and GNIDA Regular Employees) were reserved for the Scheduled Castes Category individuals in the GNIDA independent houses scheme BHS-15/2012.
Accordingly, the Greater Noida Industrial Development Authority had reserved 24 houses for the Scheduled Castes Category applicants in the GNIDA independent houses scheme BHS-15.
After allotment of houses to the reserved categories, the remaining houses will be allotted to the persons registered under the General Category.

Allotment of a house in the GNIDA independent houses scheme BHS-15 to a Scheduled Castes Category applicant will be subject to fulfillment of the applicable eligibility terms and conditions.
