The Jaipur Development Authority (JDA) will pay 15 percent of share of the land sale revenues generated to the Jaipur Municipal Corporation (JMC). The Urban Development and Housing Department, Government of Rajasthan has asked the JDA to do so.

The Jaipur Development Authority (JDA) will pay 15 percent of share of the land sale revenues generated to the Jaipur Municipal Corporation (JMC). The Urban Development and Housing Department, Government of Rajasthan has asked the Jaipur Development Authority to do so.
The notification from the Urban Development and Housing Department covers any land owned by the Jaipur Development Authority regardless of the area.
The Urban Development and Housing Department has also asked the Jaipur Development Authority to handover the records of the colonies developed by it to the Jaipur Municipal Corporation.
