Air Force Naval Housing Board (AFNHB) – Plans, Projects, and Schemes

Air Force Naval Housing Board’s main aims and objectives are to construct houses for serving and retired Indian Air Force and Indian Navy personnel and their widows in selected stations throughout India.
Generally, the Air Force Naval Housing Board constructs two categories of dwelling units – first for the officers’ category and the second for the airmen and sailors category.
Before the launch of any residential project, the Air Force Naval Housing Board conducts demand surveys to determine demand for a housing project at a certain location.
The funding for the AFNHB constructed dwelling units is through Self Financed Schemes. About 10% of the expected price of an apartment or flat is required to be deposited at the time of registration and balance amount is payable in easy instalments.
The headquarters of Air Force Naval Housing Board is based in New Delhi, India.
