Project Area: 34.50 Acres
2. Development of BHEL Home Construction – Shivalik Nagar (Part-5)
Project Description: About 75 acres of land is to be developed under this project.
3. Transport Area Plan
Transport area plan is developed.

4. BHEL – Development of Haridwar
Project Description: Homes for the families who are currently using slums for their residential area.

1. Residential Plan – Inderlok Colony (Part-2)
Project Description: This plan is in SIDCUL area of Haridwar. According to the plan, multistory buildings, shops, health clubs, etc. are to be developed in this area. This project will be starting soon.

2. Town Hall
Project Description: To make the Town Hall air-conditioned and add it with comfortable chairs.
3. Construction of Outdoor Stadium
Project Description: Construction Plan – To build an outdoor stadium near Panna Lal Bhalla Muncipal Inter College.
4. Construction of Footpath
Project Description: To develop footpath on the bank of river Ganga from Mayapur to Jatvada.
