In the YEIDA Residential Plots Scheme RPS-03/2016, the Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority has offered total 1850 residential plots (including the reserved categories) of 120, 162, and 200 square meters plot area to the applicants.

Please note that a person can apply in the current YEIDA Residential Plots Scheme RPS-03/2016 only once. In case a person makes more than one application, the Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority will reject all the applications of that person.
While preparing the list of the eligible applicants, the Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority will consider only those applications, which are accompanied with the specified earnest money in the form of a Pay Order or a Demand Draft drawn in favor of the ‘Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority’ and drawn at Greater Noida, Noida, or Delhi.
