The Haryana Urban Development Authority (HUDA) had launched a 2878 freehold residential plots scheme (HUDA Scheme Code No. SC00000061) in Sector-14 and Sector-33, Hisar in Haryana on May 09, 2013.
As per Haryana Government’s current reservation policy, 71% of the total number of plots in 1 Kanal, 14 Marla, 10 Marla, and 8 Marla and 46% of the total number of plots in 6 Marla, and 4 Marla plots category were reserved for the General Category individuals in the HUDA Hisar plots scheme. Accordingly, the Haryana Urban Development Authority had reserved 540 residential plots in Sector-14 and 1216 residential plots in Sector-33 for the General Category applicants in HUDA Hisar plots scheme.
In the HUDA Hisar plots scheme, the Haryana Urban Development Authority had reserved total 1756 freehold residential plots for the General Category applicants in Sector-14 and Sector-33, Hisar.
Allotment of a residential plot in the HUDA Hisar plots scheme to a General Category applicant will be subject to fulfillment of the applicable eligibility terms and conditions.
