GDA Indirapuram MIG Residential Flats Scheme 820 – Eligibility Conditions for the Allotment

The Ghaziabad Development Authority (GDA) had launched a residential scheme (GDA Scheme Code 820) of MIG 3-Storey flats in Gyankhand-IV, Indirapuram in Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh.

In the GDA Indirapuram multistory residential flats scheme 820, the Ghaziabad Development Authority was offering total 36 MIG flats for allotment to the Middle Income Group.

Registration for the GDA Indirapuram MIG multistory residential flats scheme 820 was open for the citizens of India from November 20, 2012 to December 31, 2012.

Eligibility Conditions for Allotment of a Residential Flat in the GDA Indirapuram Scheme 820

1. The applicant must be a citizen of India.

2. The applicant must have attained the age of maturity (18 years) as on the date of submission of application form.

3. A person shall be eligible for allotment of a residential flat only if the applicant or his or her spouse, or any dependent relations (including unmarried children) do not own in full or in part on freehold or leasehold basis any residential flat, house, or plot in any colony allotted by a Development Authority, Housing Board, Improvement Trust, Any Local Body, or a Co-Operative Society within the National Capital Region.

4. The applicant must also not hold more than one residential flat, house, or plot in any colony allotted by a Development Authority, Housing Board, Improvement Trust, Any Local Body, or a Co-Operative Society in any other city or town of Uttar Pradesh.

5. The persons who are already registered with the Ghaziabad Development Authority under its schemes may also apply in this residential scheme by paying the requisite registration amount. Such applicants will be considered at par with others in this scheme. These applicants must clearly mention their previous scheme details including the registration number of the house, plot, or flat allotted.

6. If an individual or his or her family members get allotment in more than one scheme, he or she will get full refund of the money deposited for all other properties without any interest except the one that he or she wishes to retain.

7. Applicants under a reserved category is entitled to avail of the benefit of allotment only once in his or her lifetime in any of the schemes of Ghaziabad Development Authority.

8. The applicants under the reserved categories shall not be eligible without the requisite certificates or documents.

9. If the sufficient applications are not received against a reserved category, the surplus residential flats shall be considered as unreserved and will be transferred to the General Category at the time of draw of lots.

10. An application without the prescribed earnest money shall not be entertained and will be rejected outright.

11. The applications received after the prescribed closing date will not be entertained.
