The Uttar Pradesh Avas Evam Vikas Parishad (UPAVP) had launched a multistoried residential flats scheme (UPAVP Scheme Code Yamuna Apartment Siddharth Vihar Yojna) in Sector-7, Ghaziabad on September 25, 2012.
The last date for submission of application forms for the UPAVP Ghaziabad Yamuna Apartment multistoried flats scheme was on November 30, 2012.
In UPAVP Ghaziabad Yamuna Apartment flats scheme, the Uttar Pradesh Housing and Development Board (Uttar Pradesh Avas Evam Vikas Parishad) was offering 480 multistoried flats of 116.66 and 128.06 square meters super built up area, and 19 penthouses of 166.50 and 208.19 square meters super built up area.
In the UPAVP Ghaziabad Yamuna Apartment multistoried flats scheme, there will be total 499 residential flats and penthouses of one BHK and two BHK.
The Uttar Pradesh Housing and Development Board was offering these multistory flats and penthouses for allotment to the public through a lottery draw of lots.
The lottery draw of lots for the UPAVP Ghaziabad Yamuna Apartment multistoried flats scheme was to be held before May 31, 2013.
