The Rajasthan Housing Board (RHB) had launched a residential flats scheme in Vivek Vihar, Jodhpur on April 14, 2012.
In the RHB Jodhpur Vivek Vihar flats scheme, the Rajasthan Housing Board had offered total 1,128 residential flats for the different income groups.
RHB Vivek Vihar Housing Scheme – Central Government Employees Reservation
As per Rajasthan Government’s current reservation policy, 30% of the total number of MIG (Middle Income Group) flats, and 16% of the total number of LIG (Lower Income Group) and EWS (Economically Weaker Section) flats are reserved for the Central Government Employees in the RHB Jodhpur Vivek Vihar residential scheme. Accordingly, the Rajasthan Housing Board had reserved 70 MIG, 68 LIG, and 75 EWS flats for the Central Government Employees in the RHB Jodhpur Vivek Vihar residential scheme.
Allotment of a residential flat in the RHB Jodhpur Vivek Vihar scheme to a Central Government Employee will be subject to fulfillment of the applicable eligibility terms and conditions.
