RHB Jodhpur Vivek Vihar Residential Scheme – Eligibility Conditions for the Allotment

The Rajasthan Housing Board (RHB) had launched a residential flats scheme in Vivek Vihar area in Jodhpur, Rajasthan.

In the RHB Jodhpur Vivek Vihar flats scheme, the Rajasthan Housing Board had offered total 1,128 residential flats for the different income groups.

Registration for the RHB Jodhpur Vivek Vihar residential flats scheme was open for the citizens of India from April 14, 2012 to June 29, 2012.

Eligibility Conditions for Allotment of a Residential Flat in RHB Jodhpur Vivek Vihar Scheme

1. The applicant must be a citizen of India.

2. The applicant must have attained the age of 18 years as on the last date of applications.

3. The Rajasthan Housing Board shall allot a person only one residential flat or house in any one city or town of Rajasthan. Those persons who have been allotted a residential flat or house in any one city or town of Rajasthan previously by the Rajasthan Housing Board shall not be eligible for an allotment second time.

4. A person shall be eligible for allotment of a residential flat only if the applicant or his or her spouse, or any dependent relations (including unmarried children) do not own in full or in part on freehold or leasehold basis any residential flat, house, or plot in Jodhpur.

5. Applicant must have Permanent Account Number allotted under the provisions of Income Tax Act and the same must be quoted on the application form.

6. Applicants under a reserved category is entitled to avail of the benefit of allotment only once in his or her lifetime in any of the schemes of Rajasthan Housing Board (RHB).

7. The applicants under the reserved categories shall not be eligible without the requisite certificates or documents.

8. If the sufficient applications are not received against a reserved category, the surplus residential flats shall be considered as unreserved and will be transferred to the General Category at the time of draw of lots.

9. An application without the prescribed earnest money shall not be entertained and is liable to be rejected outright.

10. The applications received after the prescribed closing date will not be entertained.
