The Housing Board Haryana (HBH) had declared result of the lottery draw of lots for Gurgaon Sector-102A multistoried flats scheme for the Defence Personnel, Ex-Servicemen, and Para-Military Forces Personnel on Wednesday, December 31, 2014.
The Housing Board Haryana had launched a new multistoried residential flats scheme (HBH Scheme Code: Gurgaon Sector-102 Defence Personnel Scheme) for the Serving Defence Personnel, Ex-Defence Personnel (Ex-Servicemen), and Para-Military Forces Personnel in Village Kherki Majra, Dhankot, Sector-102A, Gurgaon on Monday, February 17, 2014.
The Housing Board Haryana had initially launched and advertised this residential flats scheme as Village Jharsa, Sector-40 in Gurgaon, which have now been replaced with Sector-102A scheme in Village Kherki Majra, Dhankot, Gurgaon.
The last date for submission of application forms for the HBH Gurgaon Sector-102A multistoried flats scheme for the Defence Personnel, Ex-Servicemen, and Para-Military Forces Personnel was on Monday, June 30, 2014.
Types and Categories of Flats in Gurgaon Sector-102A Defence Personnel Scheme
In HBH Gurgaon Sector-102A multistory flats scheme, the Housing Board Haryana has allotted total 480 built-up (Type A 240 flats + Type B 240 flats) affordable residential flats of 2 BHK (two bedrooms, drawing room, kitchen, one bathroom, and one toilet) of 720 square feet (Type A flats), and 600 square feet (Type B flats) built-up area.
The allotment for the Housing Board Haryana’s Gurgaon Sector-102A Defence Personnel residential flats scheme was made through a lottery draw of lots and was held at Awas Bhawan in Sector-6, Panchkula in the presence of a panel of independent judges, HBH officials, and eligible applicants.
The Housing Board Haryana had received total 13,009 applications (Type A Flats 9654 applications and Type B Flats 3355 applications) for the Gurgaon Sector-102A defence personnel scheme.
The Allotment Rate of Gurgaon Sector-102A Type A and Type B Residential Flats
In HBH Gurgaon Sector-102A scheme, the Housing Board Haryana has offered the residential flats at an allotment rate of Rs. 24,60,000 (Type A) and Rs. 20,60,000 (Type A) for per built-up flat.
Refund of Registration Money to the Unsuccessful Applicants of HBH Gurgaon Sector-102A Scheme
The Housing Board Haryana has refunded the registration money to unsuccessful applicants of the Gurgaon Sector-102A defence personnel scheme within 6 weeks from the draw date.
The Housing Board Haryana has refunded the registration money of Rs. 246,000 (Rupees Two Lakh Forty-Six Thousand) for Type A flats and Rs. 206,000 (Rupees Two Lakh Six Thousand) for Type B flats to the unsuccessful applicants who had paid their own earnest money through the bank branch wherein they had deposited the application form. The concerned bank had dispatched the refund cheques to the applicants.
