The Jodhpur Development Authority (JDA) had launched a housing and residential plots scheme in Jodhpur’s Vivek Vihar area on June 26, 2011.
The last date for submission of application forms for the JDA Vivek Vihar housing scheme was on August 20, 2011.
The draw of lots for the JDA Jodhpur Vivek Vihar residential plots scheme was held on September 09, 2011.
In the Jodhpur Vivek Vihar housing scheme, there will be total 15 sectors and 10,369 residential plots for the different income groups. Out of this, the Jodhpur Development Authority has offered 3,227 residential plots for allotment to the public through a lottery draw of lots.
The Jodhpur Development Authority’s Vivek Vihar housing scheme is located near Jaisalmer bypass road on the National Highway 65 (Jodhpur-Pali Highway). The location of Vivek Vihar scheme is 5 kilometers from Bhagat Ki Kothi Railway Station and 10 kilometers from the Jodhpur Junction Railways Station.
The Vivek Vihar housing scheme is the biggest residential scheme launched by the Jodhpur Development Authority in Jodhpur.
As per the terms agreed upon, the Jodhpur Development Authority will hand over 25 percent of the developed land to the farmers of Sangariya and Kudi Bhagatasni villages, whose land was acquired to launch this scheme.
The brochures including the applications forms of the JDA Vivek Vihar Housing Scheme were available in the authorized branches of 11 banks in different cities of Rajasthan.
