The Rajasthan Housing Board (RHB) will pay 15 percent of the land sale revenues generated to the Jaipur Municipal Corporation (JMC). The Urban Development and Housing Department, Government of Rajasthan has asked the RHB to do so.

The Rajasthan Housing Board (RHB) will pay 15 percent of the land sale revenues generated to the Jaipur Municipal Corporation (JMC). The Urban Development and Housing Department, Government of Rajasthan has asked the Rajasthan Housing Board to do so.
The notification from the Urban Development and Housing Department covers any land owned in Jaipur by the Rajasthan Housing Board regardless of the area.
The Urban Development and Housing Department has also asked the Rajasthan Housing Board to handover the records of the colonies developed by it to the Jaipur Municipal Corporation.
