Registration or subscription for the GMADA Eco City Phase-1 residential plots scheme was open for the eligible applicants from September 21, 2011 to October 21, 2011.

The prescribed brochure of the GMADA Eco City residential plots scheme contains detailed terms and conditions of the scheme. The application form and brochure of the GMADA Eco City plots scheme were available on a payment of Rs. 500 (Rupees Five Hundred) at the counter of the authorized bank branches.
