Applicable Categories for the GMADA Eco City Phase-1 Residential Plots Scheme

The Greater Mohali Area Development Authority (GMADA) had launched a 740 residential plots scheme in Eco City Phase-1 in New Chandigarh (Mullanpur) in Punjab.

Registration or subscription for the GMADA Eco City Phase-1 residential plots scheme was open for the eligible applicants from September 21, 2011 to October 21, 2011.

GMADA Residential Plots at Eco City Phase-1, New Chandigarh: Categories of the Applications

There are eleven applicable categories of applicants for the GMADA Eco City Phase-1 residential plots scheme. These are –

1. General Category
2. Defence Personnel
3. Defence Personnel Legal Heirs (Legal Heirs of the Defence Personnel Killed on Duty)
4. Disabled Soldiers (100% Disabled Soldiers of Punjab)
5. Disabled Persons
6. Freedom Fighters
7. Gallantry Award Winners
8. Sports Persons
9. Scheduled Caste
10. Riot Terrorist Victims
11. Land Oustees (Oustees of Mullanpur Urban Estate, Phase-I)
