<p>The main cause behind ADHD is improper development of brain, specifically prefrontal cortex on the left side. Dorsal anterior cingulate cortex, caudate, and putamen are also affected. This leads to frontal lobe dysfunction and improper functioning of cerebellum. Central nervous system does not function normally. All together are responsible for ADHD.</p>
<p>Again, access to proper medical care and treatment helps the child outgrow most ADHD disabilities. ADHD children from financially challenged families often do not have access to proper medical care and treatment. ADHD children from such backgrounds are more prone to anti-social tendencies. They develop bad habits like smoking, drinking, drug abuse, and similar more.</p>
<p>Children with ADHD should have access to proper medical care and treatment. Further, this treatment should progress through adolescence and into adulthood. The growing years are the most important. Treatment should focus both on mental and physical development. Such children require proper guidance at every step of their life to live normally.</p>
