These rates were notified under the provisions of Delhi Stamp (Prevention of Undervaluation of Instruments) Rules, 2007 on July 18, 2007.<\/p>\n<p>At present, there are eight categories of colonies in the Delhi \u2014 A, B, C, D, E, F, G, and H based on the Municipal Corporation of Delhi (MCD) categorization. The circle rates vary depending on the category of a colony or residential area in Delhi.<\/p>\n<p>As notified by the Government of Delhi, with effect from September 23, 2014 the new circle rates of real estate properties in Delhi based on the colonies categorization are:<\/p>\n<p>Category A Colonies \u2013 Rs. 774,000 Per Square Meter<br \/>\nCategory B Colonies \u2013 Rs. 245,520 Per Square Meter<br \/>\nCategory C Colonies \u2013 Rs. 159,840 Per Square Meter<br \/>\nCategory D Colonies \u2013 Rs. 127,680 Per Square Meter<br \/>\nCategory E Colonies \u2013 Rs. 70,080 Per Square Meter<br \/>\nCategory F Colonies \u2013 Rs. 56,640 Per Square Meter<br \/>\nCategory G Colonies \u2013 Rs. 46,200 Per Square Meter<br \/>\nCategory H Colonies \u2013 Rs. 23,280 Per Square Meter<\/p>\n<p>From December 05, 2012 to September 22, 2014, the circle rates of real estate properties in Delhi were:<\/p>\n<p>Category A Colonies \u2013 Rs. 645,000 Per Square Meter<br \/>\nCategory B Colonies \u2013 Rs. 204,600 Per Square Meter<br \/>\nCategory C Colonies \u2013 Rs. 133,224 Per Square Meter<br \/>\nCategory D Colonies \u2013 Rs. 106,384 Per Square Meter<br \/>\nCategory E Colonies \u2013 Rs. 58,365 Per Square Meter<br \/>\nCategory F Colonies \u2013 Rs. 47,140 Per Square Meter<br \/>\nCategory G Colonies \u2013 Rs. 38,442 Per Square Meter<br \/>\nCategory H Colonies \u2013 Rs. 19,361 Per Square Meter<\/p>\n<p>From November 16, 2011 to December 04, 2012, the circle rates of real estate properties in Delhi were:<\/p>\n<p>Category A Colonies \u2013 Rs. 215,000 Per Square Meter<br \/>\nCategory B Colonies \u2013 Rs. 136,400 Per Square Meter<br \/>\nCategory C Colonies \u2013 Rs. 109,200 Per Square Meter<br \/>\nCategory D Colonies \u2013 Rs. 87,200 Per Square Meter<br \/>\nCategory E Colonies \u2013 Rs. 47,840 Per Square Meter<br \/>\nCategory F Colonies \u2013 Rs. 38,640 Per Square Meter<br \/>\nCategory G Colonies \u2013 Rs. 31,510 Per Square Meter<br \/>\nCategory H Colonies \u2013 Rs. 15,870 Per Square Meter<\/p>\n<p>From February 08, 2011 to November 15, 2011, the circle rates of real estate properties in Delhi were:<\/p>\n<p>Category A Colonies \u2013 Rs. 86,000 Per Square Meter<br \/>\nCategory B Colonies \u2013 Rs. 68,200 Per Square Meter<br \/>\nCategory C Colonies \u2013 Rs. 54,600 Per Square Meter<br \/>\nCategory D Colonies \u2013 Rs. 43,600 Per Square Meter<br \/>\nCategory E Colonies \u2013 Rs. 36,800 Per Square Meter<br \/>\nCategory F Colonies \u2013 Rs. 32,200 Per Square Meter<br \/>\nCategory G Colonies \u2013 Rs. 27,400 Per Square Meter<br \/>\nCategory H Colonies \u2013 Rs. 13,800 Per Square Meter<\/p>\n<p>From July 18, 2007 to February 07, 2011, the circle rates of real estate properties in Delhi were:<\/p>\n<p>Category A Colonies \u2013 Rs. 43,000 Per Square Meter<br \/>\nCategory B Colonies \u2013 Rs. 34,100 Per Square Meter<br \/>\nCategory C Colonies \u2013 Rs. 27,300 Per Square Meter<br \/>\nCategory D Colonies \u2013 Rs. 21,800 Per Square Meter<br \/>\nCategory E Colonies \u2013 Rs. 18,400 Per Square Meter<br \/>\nCategory F Colonies \u2013 Rs. 16,100 Per Square Meter<br \/>\nCategory G Colonies \u2013 Rs. 13,700 Per Square Meter<br \/>\nCategory H Colonies \u2013 Rs. 6,900 Per Square Meter<\/p><div data-ad-id=\"8683\" style=\"text-align:left;
