In UPAVP Sultanpur Lohramau Road PMAY flats scheme (UPAVP Lohramau Road Yojna), the Uttar Pradesh Housing and Development Board has offered total 192 built-up multistoried (Ground Floor + 3 Storey) residential flats for allotment to the applicants through a lottery draw of lots.<\/p>\n<p>2. In UPAVP Sultanpur Lohramau Marg PMAY-U residential flats scheme, the Uttar Pradesh Avas Evam Vikas Parishad has offered residential flats consisting of 34.07 square meters super area and 22.77 square meters carpet area for allotment to the various categories of applicants.<\/p>\n<p>3. Each of the dwelling units in UPAVP Sultanpur Lohramau Marg PMAY residential flats scheme will comprises of two bedrooms, a kitchen, store space, a bathroom, a toilet and a balcony.<\/p>\n<p>4. The Uttar Pradesh Avas Evam Vikas Parishad has already acquired the land on which the residential flats of UPAVP Sultanpur Lohramau Road PMAY flats scheme have been developed.<\/p>\n<p>5. In UPAVP Sultanpur Lohramau Road Yojana, the Uttar Pradesh Housing and Development Board has offered the residential flats at an allotment rate of Rs. 4.50 Lakhs for a 2 BHK flat.<\/p>\n<p>6. In UPAVP Sultanpur Lohramau Road flats Scheme, the applicants will get a financial assistance of Rs. 250,000 on the cost of each dwelling unit under Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana \u2013 Urban (PMAY-U), a Government of India credit linked subsidy scheme for Housing for All.<\/p>\n<p>7. After a subsidy of Rs. 250,000 under the Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana &#8211; Urban (PMAY-U), the effective buying cost of each flat in UPAVP Sultanpur Lohramau Road Yojana will be only Rs. 200,000.<\/p>\n<p>8. For the residential flats in UPAVP Sultanpur Lohramau Road PMAY Yojana, an applicant has to pay an earnest money (initial deposit) of Rs. 25,000 as registration money with the application form.<\/p>\n<p>9. On being allotted a residential flat in the UPAVP Sultanpur Lohramau Road PMAY residential scheme, the balance amount of Rs. 175,000 is to be paid in 5 years in 60 EMIs (Equated Monthly Installments) with an interest of 9.50% per annum.<\/p>\n<p>10. The UPAVP Sultanpur Lohramau Road PMAY flats scheme will have a provision of adequate space for all modern amenities such as quality infrastructure and public utility services such as community centre, children park, shopping centre, etc. within the Lohramau Road Yojna residential complex.<\/p>\n<p>12. The residential flats in UPAVP Sultanpur Lohramau Road Yojana will have provision of facilities such as filtered water supply, metalled roads, storm water drainage with rainwater harvesting, underground sewerage system, and underground electrical line.<\/p>\n<p>13. Allotment of a residential flat in UPAVP Sultanpur Lohramau Road Yojna will be subject to fulfillment of certain terms and conditions.<\/p>\n<p>14. The last date for submission of application forms for UPAVP Sultanpur Lohramau Road PMAY flats scheme is on Saturday, May 05, 2018.<\/p>\n<p>15.
