Act No. 1 of 1966) and the Rules and Regulations framed there under and as amended from time to time.<\/p>\n<p>Accordingly, the Uttar Pradesh Housing and Development Board has reserved a number of flats for the certain categories of persons in UPAVP Lucknow Avadh Vihar PMAY flats scheme. The reservation exists for various categories of people in UPAVP Lucknow Avadh Vihar PMAY housing scheme.<\/p>\n<p><strong>UPAVP Lucknow Avadh Vihar PMAY Residential Flats Scheme: Categories of Applicants<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>There are five applicable categories of applicants eligible for the UPAVP Lucknow Avadh Vihar PMAY residential flats scheme. These are:<\/p>\n<p>1. General Category (2376 flats)<\/p>\n<p>2. Other Backward Classes (1283 flats)<\/p>\n<p>3. Scheduled Castes (998 flats)<\/p>\n<p>4. Scheduled Tribes (95 flats)<\/p>\n<p><strong>Reservation for General Category Applicants in UPAVP Lucknow Avadh Vihar PMAY Flats Scheme<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>As per Uttar Pradesh Government\u2019s current reservation policy, 50.00% of the total number of residential flats is reserved for the General Category individuals in UPAVP Lucknow Avadh Vihar PMAY flats scheme.<\/p><div data-ad-id=\"8683\" style=\"text-align:left; margin-top:px; margin-bottom:px; margin-left:px; margin-right:px;float:none;\" class=\"afw afw-ga afw_ad afwadid-8683  \">\r\n                                                                <script async=\"\" src=\"\/\/pagead2.googlesyndication.com\/pagead\/js\/adsbygoogle.js\"><\/script><ins class=\"adsbygoogle\" style=\"background:none;display:inline-block;width:336px;height:280px\" data-ad-client=\"ca-pub-7798450846111448\" data-ad-slot=\"3966003673\">\r\n                                                                <\/ins>\r\n                                                                <script>\r\n                                                                        (adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({});\r\n                                                                <\/script>\r\n                                                                \r\n                                                        <\/div>\n<p>Accordingly, the Uttar Pradesh Housing and Development Board has reserved 2,376 flats for the General Category applicants in UPAVP Lucknow Avadh Vihar PMAY residential flats scheme.<\/p>\n<p>After allotment of flats to the reserved categories, the remaining flats will be allotted to the persons registered under the General Category.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Reservation for Other Backward Classes in UPAVP Lucknow Avadh Vihar PMAY Flats Scheme<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>As per Uttar Pradesh Government\u2019s current reservation policy, 27.00% of the total number of residential flats is reserved for the Other Backward Classes (OBC) individuals in UPAVP Lucknow Avadh Vihar PMAY flats scheme.<\/p>\n<p>Accordingly, the Uttar Pradesh Housing and Development Board has reserved 1,283 flats for the Other Backward Classes applicants in UPAVP Lucknow Avadh Vihar PMAY residential flats scheme.<\/p>\n<p>After allotment of flats to the reserved category of Other Backward Classes, the remaining flats of OBC category will be allotted to the persons registered under the General Category.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Reservation for Scheduled Castes Applicants in UPAVP Lucknow Avadh Vihar PMAY Flats Scheme<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>As per Uttar Pradesh Government\u2019s current reservation policy, 21.00% of the total number of residential flats is reserved for the Scheduled Castes (SC) individuals in UPAVP Lucknow Avadh Vihar PMAY flats scheme.<\/p>\n<p>Accordingly, the Uttar Pradesh Housing and Development Board has reserved 998 flats for the Scheduled Castes applicants in UPAVP Lucknow Avadh Vihar PMAY residential flats scheme.<\/p>\n<p>After allotment of flats to the reserved category of Scheduled Castes, the remaining flats of SC category will be allotted to the persons registered under the General Category.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Reservation for Scheduled Tribes Applicants in UPAVP Lucknow Avadh Vihar PMAY Flats Scheme<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>As per Uttar Pradesh Government\u2019s current reservation policy, 2.00% of the total number of residential flats is reserved for the Scheduled Tribes (ST) individuals in UPAVP Lucknow Avadh Vihar PMAY flats scheme.<\/p>\n<p>Accordingly, the Uttar Pradesh Housing and Development Board has reserved 95 flats for the Scheduled Tribes applicants in UPAVP Lucknow Avadh Vihar PMAY residential flats scheme.<\/p>\n<p>After allotment of flats to the reserved category of Scheduled Tribes, the remaining flats of ST category will be allotted to the persons registered under the General Category.<\/p>\n<p>Allotment of a flat in UPAVP Lucknow Avadh Vihar PMAY flats scheme to various category applicants will be subject to fulfillment of the applicable eligibility terms and conditions.
