In the DDA Housing Scheme 2017 (DDA Aawasiya Yojana 2017), the Delhi Development Authority has offered total 12,072 freehold residential flats for allotment to the applicants through a lottery draw of lots.<\/p>\n<p>2. The Delhi Development Authority has already acquired the land on which the residential flats of DDA Housing Scheme 2017 have been developed.<\/p>\n<p>3. In DDA Housing Scheme 2017, the Delhi Development Authority has offered the freehold residential flats at an allotment rate of Rs. 53.52 Lakhs to Rs. 126.81 Lakhs for HIG 3 BHK flats, Rs. 31.32 Lakhs to Rs. 93.95 Lakhs for MIG 2 BHK flats, Rs. 14.50 Lakhs to Rs. 30.30 Lakhs for LIG 1 BHK flats, and Rs. 7.07 Lakhs to Rs. 12.76 Lakhs for Janta 1 room flats.<\/p>\n<p>4. The residential flats being offered under DDA Housing Scheme 2017 are from well-planned residential projects with state of the art infrastructure and facility of a gated complex for a secured and relaxed community living.<\/p>\n<p>5. The DDA Housing Scheme 2017 will have a provision of adequate space for all modern amenities such as quality infrastructure and public utility services such as community centre, school, children park, shopping centre, etc. within the DDA residential complex.<\/p>\n<p>6. The residential flats in the DDA Housing Scheme 2017 will have provision of facilities such as filtered water supply, metalled roads, storm water drainage with rainwater harvesting, underground sewerage system, and underground electrical line.<\/p>\n<p>7. In DDA Aawasiya Yojana 2017, applicants will also be able to get home loan under Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana, a Government of India Urban Credit Linked Subsidy Scheme for Housing for All.<\/p>\n<p>8. Allotment of a residential flat in the DDA Housing Scheme 2017 will be subject to fulfillment of certain terms and conditions.<\/p>\n<p>9. The last date for submission of application forms for the DDA Aawasiya Yojana 2017 is on Friday, August 11, 2017.<\/p>\n<p>10. In the DDA Housing Scheme 2017, the Delhi Development Authority has offered total 87 HIG (High Income Group) flats in the range of 72.43 to 156.61 square meters, 404 MIG (Middle Income Group) flats in the range of 72.28 to 131.68 square meters, 11,197 LIG (Low Income Group) or One Bedroom flats in the range of 28.24 to 61.05 square meters, and 384 Janta or EWS (Economical Weaker Section) flats in the range of 18.80 to 41.22 square meters plinth area for allotment to the various categories of applicants.<\/p>\n<p>2.
