Cost of construction includes departmental charges and interest during construction period. The price difference of DDA flats within a category is due to variation in plinth area of the flats.<\/p>\n<p><strong>The Location of Residential Flats in DDA Housing Scheme 2017<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The residential flats being allotted under Delhi Development Authority\u2019s DDA Aawasiya Yojana 2017 are located in Delhi\u2019s Anand Vihar, Dwarka, East of Loni Road, Hastsal, Jafrabad, Jahangirpuri, Jasola, Kalyan Vihar, Kondli Gharoli, Loknayak Puram, Mangolpuri, Mukherjee Nagar, Narela, Nasir Pur (near Dwarka), Paschim Vihar, Pitampura, Raghubir Nagar, Ramgarh Colony (near Jahangirpuri Metro Station), Rohini, Sarita Vihar, Shivaji Enclave, Siraspur, Sukhdev Vihar, Sultanpuri, Toda Pur, Trilok Puri, Vasant Kunj, and Vikas Puri.<\/p>\n<p><strong>The Last Date to Apply for a Residential Flat in DDA Housing Scheme 2017<\/strong><\/p><div data-ad-id=\"8683\" style=\"text-align:left; margin-top:px; margin-bottom:px; margin-left:px; margin-right:px;float:none;\" class=\"afw afw-ga afw_ad afwadid-8683  \">\r\n                                                                <script async=\"\" src=\"\/\/pagead2.googlesyndication.com\/pagead\/js\/adsbygoogle.js\"><\/script><ins class=\"adsbygoogle\" style=\"background:none;display:inline-block;width:336px;height:280px\" data-ad-client=\"ca-pub-7798450846111448\" data-ad-slot=\"3966003673\">\r\n                                                                <\/ins>\r\n                                                                <script>\r\n                                                                        (adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({});\r\n                                                                <\/script>\r\n                                                                \r\n                                                        <\/div>\n<p>The last date for submission of application forms for freehold residential flats in Delhi Development Authority&#8217;s DDA Housing Scheme 2017 is on Friday, August 11, 2017.<\/p>\n<p><strong>The Application Forms and Brochures for DDA Housing Scheme 2017<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The application forms and brochures containing detailed terms and conditions of the DDA Housing Scheme 2017 are available at the DDA Sale Counter, Vikas Sadan, New Delhi and in the authorized branches of Axis Bank Limited, Central Bank of India, HDFC Bank Limited, ICICI Bank Limited, IDBI Limited Bank, Kotak Mahindra Bank Limited, State Bank of India, and Yes Bank Limited in Delhi, Haryana, Chandigarh, Punjab, Himachal Pradesh, Karnataka, Maharashtra, Rajasthan, Uttar Pradesh, Uttarakhand and West Bengal.<\/p>\n<p>Cost of the application form along with the prescribed brochure for the DDA Housing Scheme 2017 is Rs. 200.<\/p>\n<p>The applicants can fill application forms for the DDA Housing Scheme 2017 online or offline. The applicant should carefully go through the prescribed brochure and read the instructions, before filling up the online application form.<\/p>\n<p><strong>The Earnest Money (Initial Deposit) Required for DDA Housing Scheme 2017<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>For HIG and MIG residential flats, an applicant has to pay an initial deposit (earnest money) of Rs. 200,000 with the application form.<\/p>\n<p>For LIG and Janta or EWS residential flats, the Delhi Development Authority has asked the applicants to shell out earnest money (initial deposit) of Rs. 100,000 with the application form.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Home Loan under Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana for DDA Housing Scheme 2017<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>In DDA Housing Scheme 2017, applicants will also be able to get home loan under Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana, a Government of India Urban Credit Linked Subsidy Scheme for Housing for All.
