In the BDA Bhopal Gharonda multistoried residential flats scheme, the Bhopal Development Authority has offered 1104 multistory flats for the allotment.<\/p>\n<p>2. In Gharonda multistoried flats scheme, the Bhopal Development Authority has offered 256 multistoried flats of 386 square feet super built up area, and 848 multistoried flats of 537 square feet super built up area.<\/p>\n<p>3. In the BDA Gharonda multistoried flats scheme, there are 256 residential flats of one BHK for the Low Income Group (LIG) having a monthly income of less than Rs. 5,000 and 848 residential flats of two BHK for the Middle Income Group (MIG) having a monthly income of less than Rs. 10,000.<\/p>\n<p>4. The residential flats being offered in the Bhopal Development Authority Gharonda multistory flats scheme are located in Salaiya area of Bhopal.<\/p>\n<p>5. The Bhopal Development Authority\u2019s Gharonda multistoried flats scheme is a part of Salaiya Affordable Awasiya Yojna and is located near NH-12 in Bhopal.<\/p>\n<p>6. BDA Bhopal Gharonda multistoried flats scheme is a well-planned residential project with state of the art infrastructure development.<\/p>\n<p>7. BDA Bhopal Gharonda multistoried flats will have a provision of quality infrastructure and public utility services such as school, children park, shopping centre, taxi stand, police post, etc.<\/p>\n<p>8. BDA Bhopal Gharonda multistory flats will have piped water supply, metalled roads, storm water drainage, and sewerage system.<\/p>\n<p>9. Allotment of a residential flat in the BDA Bhopal Gharonda multistoried flats scheme will be subject to fulfillment of certain terms and conditions.<\/p>\n<p>10.
