{"id":70,"date":"2015-10-05T12:35:28","date_gmt":"2015-10-05T07:05:28","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.theteamwork.com\/articles\/?p=70"},"modified":"2015-10-05T20:44:18","modified_gmt":"2015-10-05T15:14:18","slug":"2016-31-huda-residential-plots-eligibility-haryana-police-officials","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.theteamwork.com\/articles\/2016-31-huda-residential-plots-eligibility-haryana-police-officials.html","title":{"rendered":"HUDA Plots \u2013 Eligibility for Dependents of Haryana Police Officials"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Eligibility for Allotment of HUDA Plots to the Dependents of Officials of Haryana Police Killed in Action<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Panchkula (Haryana, India), October 05, 2015<\/p>\n<p><strong>Eligibility Conditions for Allotment of Haryana Urban Development Authority\u2019s Freehold Residential Plots to the Dependents of Officers or Officials of Haryana Police Killed in Action or Encounter (HPKIA)<\/strong><\/p><div data-ad-id=\"8601\" style=\"text-align:left; margin-top:px; margin-bottom:px; margin-left:px; margin-right:px;float:none;\" class=\"afw afw-ga afw_ad afwadid-8601  \">\r\n                                                                <script async=\"\" src=\"\/\/pagead2.googlesyndication.com\/pagead\/js\/adsbygoogle.js\"><\/script><ins class=\"adsbygoogle\" style=\"background:none;display:inline-block;width:300px;height:600px\" data-ad-client=\"ca-pub-7798450846111448\" data-ad-slot=\"6557536103\">\r\n                                                                <\/ins>\r\n                                                                <script>\r\n                                                                        (adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({});\r\n                                                                <\/script>\r\n                                                                \r\n                                                        <\/div>\n<p>As per Haryana Government\u2019s current reservation policy for the Dependents of Officers or Officials of Haryana Police killed in action or encounter (HPKIA), the eligibility conditions for the allotment of Haryana Urban Development Authority\u2019s freehold residential plots are:<\/p>\n<p>1. 2% of the total number plots in 1 Kanal, 14 Marla, 10 Marla, 8 Marla, 6 Marla, and 4 Marla are reserved for the Dependents of Officers or Officials of Haryana Police killed in action or encounter (HPKIA) subject to following terms and conditions:<\/p>\n<p>(a) The family or dependent of the diseased officer, to the rank of DSP and above shall be eligible to apply for 10 Marla and above category of plots.<\/p>\n<p>(b) The family or dependent of the diseased of the other ranks shall be eligible to apply for 8 Marla, 6 Marla, and 4 Marla a category of plots only.<\/p>\n<p>2. Only one plot shall be allotted to a martyr\u2019s family, as a whole.<\/p>\n<p>3. The application shall be routed through the Competent Authority in the Police with due verification\/certification.<\/p>\n<p>4. If the applications received against this category are short to the plots available against this reservation, then left out plots shall go to the general category automatically.<\/p>\n<p>5. An applicant under this category is entitled to avail the benefit of allotment only once in his or her lifetime in any of the Urban Estates in Haryana.<\/p>\n<p>6.
