{"id":69,"date":"2015-10-05T12:05:03","date_gmt":"2015-10-05T06:35:03","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.theteamwork.com\/articles\/?p=69"},"modified":"2015-10-05T20:42:26","modified_gmt":"2015-10-05T15:12:26","slug":"2016-30-huda-residential-plots-eligibility-haryana-government-servants","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.theteamwork.com\/articles\/2016-30-huda-residential-plots-eligibility-haryana-government-servants.html","title":{"rendered":"HUDA Plots \u2013 Eligibility for Haryana Government Servants"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Eligibility Conditions for Allotment of HUDA Freehold Residential Plots to Haryana Government Servants<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Panchkula (Haryana, India), October 05, 2015<\/p>\n<p><strong>The Allotment of HUDA Freehold Residential Plots to the Haryana Government Servants including Employees of Boards, Corporations, Improvement Trusts, State Cooperative Banks under Haryana Government (HGSER) Category<\/strong><\/p><div data-ad-id=\"8601\" style=\"text-align:left; margin-top:px; margin-bottom:px; margin-left:px; margin-right:px;float:none;\" class=\"afw afw-ga afw_ad afwadid-8601  \">\r\n                                                                <script async=\"\" src=\"\/\/pagead2.googlesyndication.com\/pagead\/js\/adsbygoogle.js\"><\/script><ins class=\"adsbygoogle\" style=\"background:none;display:inline-block;width:300px;height:600px\" data-ad-client=\"ca-pub-7798450846111448\" data-ad-slot=\"6557536103\">\r\n                                                                <\/ins>\r\n                                                                <script>\r\n                                                                        (adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({});\r\n                                                                <\/script>\r\n                                                                \r\n                                                        <\/div>\n<p>As per Haryana Government\u2019s current reservation policy for the Haryana Government Servants including Employees of Boards, Corporations, Improvement Trusts, State Cooperative Banks under Haryana Government (HGSER), the eligibility conditions for the allotment of Haryana Urban Development Authority\u2019s freehold residential plots are:<\/p>\n<p>1. 8% of the total number plots in 1 Kanal, 14 Marla, 10 Marla, 8 Marla, 6 Marla, and 4 Marla are reserved for the serving (who have more than 5 years of service to go) Haryana Government Servants (SEEMP).<\/p>\n<p>2. 2% of the total number plots in 1 Kanal, 14 Marla, 10 Marla, 8 Marla, 6 Marla, and 4 Marla are reserved for the Retired or Retiring (who have less than 5 years of service to go or who retired after formation of the Haryana state that is after November 01, 1966) Haryana Government Servants (REEMP).<\/p>\n<p>3. Only those applicants, in the Haryana Government Servants including Employees of Boards, Corporations, Improvement Trusts, State Cooperative Banks under Haryana Government category, are eligible to apply who \u2013<\/p>\n<p>(a) Do not own a residential plot or house in any Urban Estate developed by Haryana Estate Department or HUDA in Haryana state in his or her name or in his or her spouse\u2019s name or in the name of any of his or her dependent family member.<\/p>\n<p>(b) Further, those applicants who have been allotted at anytime, anywhere in Haryana a residential plot out of GSRQ (Government Servant Reserve Quota) or Discretionary Quota are not eligible to apply.<\/p>\n<p>(c) Class I and Class II Officers, irrespective of their pay scales are eligible to apply for only 10 Marla and above category plots. Remaining regular employees are eligible to apply for any category of plots up to and including 10 Marla plots provided they must fulfill other eligibility conditions. The applicant is required to submit an affidavit in the prescribed format in this effect and attested by an Executive Magistrate 1st Class or Notary Public along with his or her application.<\/p>\n<p>(d) The applicants falling in relevant categories should mention the same at appropriate places in the application form.<\/p>\n<p>(e) A certificate of the employment from the HOO or HOD must be attached with the application form.<\/p>\n<p>4. The applicant under Haryana Government Servants including Employees of Boards, Corporations, Improvement Trusts, and State Cooperative Banks under Haryana Government category must belong to Haryana state.<\/p>\n<p>5. The employees of Autonomous Bodies like University, employees of the DRDA and employees of the Cooperative Federations, except Haryana state Cooperative Banks, are not eligible to apply under the Haryana Government Servants quota.<\/p>\n<p>6.
