Out of this 3% reservation, 1.77% is for the Group A (GRA) Backward Classes and 1.23 % is for Group B (GRB) Backward Classes.<\/p>\n<p>2. Only those applicants, in the Backward Class (BACLA) category, are eligible to apply who do not own a residential plot or house in any Urban Estate in Haryana in his or her name or in his or her spouse\u2019s name or in the name of any of his or her dependant family member. An affidavit in this effect, attested by an Executive Magistrate 1st Class or Notary Public shall be furnished at the time of issuance of allotment letter.<\/p>\n<p>3. The applicant under Backward Class (BACLA) category must belong to Haryana state. A certificate to this effect issued by the SDO (C) of the concerned District must be attached with the application.<\/p>\n<p>4. In case of Backward Class category, if sufficient numbers of applicants in one group are not available, the applicants from other group shall be considered.<\/p>\n<p>5. An applicant under Backward Class (BACLA) category is entitled to avail the benefit of allotment only once in his or her lifetime in any of the Urban Estates in Haryana.<\/p>\n<p>6.
