Only those applicants, in the Widows Other than War Widows (Widow) category, are eligible to apply who do not own a residential plot or house in any Urban Estate in Haryana in her name or her husband&#8217;s name or in the name of any of her dependent family member. An affidavit in this effect, attested by an Executive Magistrate 1st Class or Notary Public, shall be furnished at the time of issuance of allotment letter.<\/p>\n<p>3. The applicant under Widows Other than War Widows (Widow) category must belong to Haryana state.<\/p>\n<p>4. Widows Other than War Widows (Widow) are required to submit a photocopy of the death Certificate of diseased husband and an affidavit from the widow along with the application.<\/p>\n<p>5.
