In case the plots reserved for War Widows and Disabled Soldiers remain surplus, the same shall be diverted to the quota of Defence Personnel and Ex-Servicemen (SEEXS).<\/p>\n<p>3. The Serving Defence Personnel and Ex-Servicemen may apply as per the eligibility mentioned in the prescribed application form, along with the requisite earnest money and certificate of eligibility through the respective commanding officer\/field offices, Zila Sainik Boards.<\/p>\n<p>4. Officers of the ranks of Colonel (and equivalent ranks of Navy, Air Force) and above are eligible to apply for 1 Kanal plot. Officers up to the ranks of Lt. Colonel (and equivalent ranks of navy and Air Force) are eligible to apply for 14 Marla and 10 Marla plots. JCOs (Junior Commissioned Officers) and other ranks (and equivalent ranks of Navy, Air Force) are eligible to apply for 8 Marla, 6 Marla and 4 Marla plots.<\/p>\n<p>5. Only those applicants, in the Defence Personnel, and Ex-Servicemen category, are eligible to apply who do not own a residential plot or house in any Urban Estate in Haryana in his or her name or in his or her spouse&#8217;s name or in the name of any of his or her dependant family member. An affidavit in this effect attested by an Executive Magistrate 1st Class or Notary Public shall accompany the application.<\/p>\n<p>6. The applicant under Defence Personnel and Ex-Servicemen category must belong to Haryana state. A certificate to this effect issued by the concerned Commanding Officer or Zila Sainik Board, Haryana must be attached with the application.<\/p>\n<p>7.
