The lottery draw or draw of lots for the JDA Nilay Kunj residential plots scheme was held in Jaipur, Rajasthan on January 04, 2011.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Details of the JDA Nilay Kunj Residential Plots and Initial Deposit (Earnest Money) Required<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>The Scheme Timeline<\/strong><br \/>\nJDA Nilay Kunj Scheme Opened On: September 15, 2010<br \/>\nJDA Nilay Kunj Scheme Closed On: November 04, 2010<br \/>\nJDA Nilay Kunj Scheme Draw of Lots Held On: January 04, 2011<\/p>\n<p>Under the JDA\u2019s Nilay Kunj Scheme, the Jaipur Development Authority had offered total 436 leasehold residential plots. There were 81 plots of 32 (4 x 8 meter) square meters, 44 plots of 54 (9 x 6) square meters, 91 plots of 135 (15 x 9) square meters, 49 plots of 150 (15 x 10) square meters, 97 plots of 225 (12.5 x 18) square meters, and 74 plots of 264 (12 x 22) square meters.<\/p>\n<p><strong>List of Banks Authorized for Sale and Collection of Application Forms<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Application forms of JDA\u2019s Nilay Kunj residential plots scheme were available in the authorized branches of the following three banks in Jaipur:<\/p>\n<p>1. Bank of Baroda<br \/>\n2. HDFC Bank<br \/>\n3. ICICI Bank Ltd (erstwhile The Bank of Rajasthan Ltd)<\/p>\n<p><strong>Salient Features of JDA\u2019s Nilay Kunj Scheme<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>1. The applicant must be a domicile of Rajasthan.<\/p>\n<p>2. The applicant must have attained the age of majority (18 years) as on the date of application.<\/p>\n<p>3. The applicant himself or herself or any member of his or her family should not own any residential house, flat or plot allotted (leasehold or freehold) in any of the cities with population of more than 50,000 in Rajasthan.<\/p>\n<p>4.
