They should not already have or possess any such discretionary quota of plot, house or flat from any other scheme in any other part of country.<\/p>\n<p>In case of posthumous Gallantry Award, the next-of-kin shall be eligible to avail of this quota. The next-of-kin shall be construed as widow, if there is one, and in case the awardee was unmarried, the mother or father shall be eligible in that order.<\/p>\n<p>For allotment of the plots to the Gallantry Award Winners in ADA Amritsar Aero City scheme, the Amritsar Development Authority will adopt the following order of precedence:<\/p>\n<p>(1) ParamVir Chakra (Category Code: J1)<br \/>\n(2) MahaVir Charka (Category Code: J2)<br \/>\n(3) Vir Chakra (Category Code: J3)<br \/>\n(4) Ashoka Chakra (Category Code: J4)<br \/>\n(5) Kirti Chakra (Category Code: J5)<br \/>\n(6) Shaurya Chakra (Category Code: J6)<br \/>\n(7) President Police Chakra\/Medal for Gallantry (Category Code: J7)<br \/>\n(8) Police Medal for Gallantry (Category Code: J8)<br \/>\n(9) Sena Medal, Nau Sena Medal, or Vayu Sena Medal (Category Code: J9)<\/p>\n<p>The higher category awardee shall get precedence over the lower category awardees.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Eligibility Certificate for the Gallantry Award Winners for ADA Amritsar Aero City Plots Scheme<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>In case of the Gallantry Award Winner, a citation or certificate indicating the Gallantry Award issued by the Competent Authority is required.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Affidavit to be Submitted by the Gallantry Award Winners Category Applicants<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>All the Gallantry Award Winners applicants will have to submit an affidavit on a non-judicial stamp paper of Rs. 25, attested by the Executive Magistrate or Notary Public (as per the specimen format given in the scheme brochure).<\/p>\n<p>For more information about the allotment eligibility conditions for the Gallantry Award Winners (Defence Services, Paramilitary Forces, and Punjab Police) in ADA Amritsar Aero City plots scheme, please visit the following URLs:<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.theteamwork.com\/articles\/2016-41455-ada-amritsar-aero-city-plots-scheme-terms-conditions.html\"><strong>ADA Amritsar Aero City Plots Scheme &#8211;
