margin-top:px; margin-bottom:px; margin-left:px; margin-right:px;float:none;\" class=\"afw afw-ga afw_ad afwadid-8601  \">\r\n                                                                <script async=\"\" src=\"\/\/pagead2.googlesyndication.com\/pagead\/js\/adsbygoogle.js\"><\/script><ins class=\"adsbygoogle\" style=\"background:none;display:inline-block;width:300px;height:600px\" data-ad-client=\"ca-pub-7798450846111448\" data-ad-slot=\"6557536103\">\r\n                                                                <\/ins>\r\n                                                                <script>\r\n                                                                        (adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({});\r\n                                                                <\/script>\r\n                                                                \r\n                                                        <\/div>\n<p>As per Punjab Government\u2019s current reservation policy, 15% of the total number of plots in 150 square yards, 200 square yards, 250 square yards, 300 square yards, 325 square yards, 400 square yards, and 450 square yards plots category are reserved for the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes Category individuals in the PDA Enclave Dhuri plots scheme.<\/p>\n<p>Accordingly, the Patiala Urban Planning and Development Authority had reserved 31 plots for the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes Category applicants in PDA Enclave Dhuri freehold residential plots scheme.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Different Sizes of Plots Available for the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes Applicants (Category Code: B)<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>150 Square Yards = 4 Residential Plot<br \/>\n200 Square Yards = 7 Residential Plot<br \/>\n250 Square Yards = 7 Residential Plot<br \/>\n300 Square Yards = 4 Residential Plot<br \/>\n325 Square Yards = 3 Residential Plot<br \/>\n350 Square Yards = 0 Residential Plot<br \/>\n400 Square Yards = 3 Residential Plot<br \/>\n450 Square Yards = 3 Residential Plot<\/p>\n<p>Total Plots Available for the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes Applicants = 31 Residential Plots<\/p>\n<p>Allotment of a residential plot in the PDA Enclave Dhuri scheme to a Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes Category applicant will be subject to fulfillment of the applicable eligibility terms and conditions.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Eligibility Conditions for the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes for PDA Enclave Dhuri Plots Scheme<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The applicant under scheduled castes and scheduled tribes category must be a resident of Punjab only as defined by State Government or has been residing in Punjab for the last five years.<\/p>\n<p>The applicant under scheduled castes and scheduled tribes category must not have availed benefit of allotment of an apartment, flat, built-up house, or a residential plot under any reserved category in any scheme of any Government agency anywhere in the Punjab state.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Eligibility Certificate for the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes for PDA Enclave Dhuri Plots Scheme<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>In case of a scheduled castes or scheduled tribes applicant, a valid cast certificate issued by the Competent Authority, as prescribed by the Government of Punjab is required.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Affidavit to be Submitted by the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes Category Applicants<\/strong><\/p><div data-ad-id=\"8683\" style=\"text-align:left;
