{"id":3198,"date":"2015-11-14T14:05:39","date_gmt":"2015-11-14T08:35:39","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.theteamwork.com\/articles\/?p=3198"},"modified":"2015-11-14T20:37:04","modified_gmt":"2015-11-14T15:07:04","slug":"2016-41436-pda-enclave-dhuri-plots-scheme-gallantry-award-winners","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.theteamwork.com\/articles\/2016-41436-pda-enclave-dhuri-plots-scheme-gallantry-award-winners.html","title":{"rendered":"PDA Enclave Dhuri Plots Scheme &#8211; Gallantry Award Winners"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Reservation for the Gallantry Award Winners in PDA Enclave Dhuri Freehold Residential Plots Scheme<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Dhuri (Punjab, India), November 14, 2015<\/p>\n<p>The Patiala Urban Planning and Development Authority (PDA) had launched a 210 freehold residential plots scheme (PDA Scheme Code PDA Enclave Dhuri) in PDA Enclave, Dhuri (District Sangrur) in Punjab on June 03, 2015.<\/p><div data-ad-id=\"8601\" style=\"text-align:left; margin-top:px; margin-bottom:px; margin-left:px; margin-right:px;float:none;\" class=\"afw afw-ga afw_ad afwadid-8601  \">\r\n                                                                <script async=\"\" src=\"\/\/pagead2.googlesyndication.com\/pagead\/js\/adsbygoogle.js\"><\/script><ins class=\"adsbygoogle\" style=\"background:none;display:inline-block;width:300px;height:600px\" data-ad-client=\"ca-pub-7798450846111448\" data-ad-slot=\"6557536103\">\r\n                                                                <\/ins>\r\n                                                                <script>\r\n                                                                        (adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({});\r\n                                                                <\/script>\r\n                                                                \r\n                                                        <\/div>\n<p>As per Punjab Government\u2019s current reservation policy, 2% of the total number of plots in 150 square yards, 200 square yards, 250 square yards, and 300 square yards plots category are reserved for the Gallantry Award Winners in the PDA Enclave Dhuri plots scheme.<\/p>\n<p>Accordingly, the Patiala Urban Planning and Development Authority had reserved 4 plots in PDA Enclave Dhuri freehold residential plots scheme for the Gallantry Award Winners from the Defence Services, Paramilitary Forces, and Punjab Police.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Different Sizes of Plots Available for the Gallantry Award Winners (Category Code: G)<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>150 Square Yards = 1 Residential Plot<br \/>\n200 Square Yards = 1 Residential Plot<br \/>\n250 Square Yards = 1 Residential Plot<br \/>\n300 Square Yards = 1 Residential Plot<br \/>\n325 Square Yards = 0 Residential Plot<br \/>\n350 Square Yards = 0 Residential Plot<br \/>\n400 Square Yards = 0 Residential Plot<br \/>\n450 Square Yards = 0 Residential Plot<\/p>\n<p>Total Plots Available for the Gallantry Award Winners = 4 Residential Plots<\/p>\n<p>Allotment of a residential plot in the PDA Enclave Dhuri scheme to a Gallantry Award Winner will be subject to fulfillment of the applicable eligibility terms and conditions.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Eligibility Conditions for the Gallantry Award Winners for PDA Enclave Dhuri Plots Scheme<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The applicant under Gallantry Award Winners category must be a resident of Punjab only as defined by State Government or has been residing in Punjab for the last five years.<\/p>\n<p>The applicant under Gallantry Award Winners category must not have availed benefit of allotment of an apartment, flat, built-up house, or a residential plot under any reserved category in any scheme of any Government agency anywhere in India.<\/p>\n<p>The Gallantry Award Winners from the defence services, paramilitary forces who have distinguished themselves by acts of bravery and valour in the defence of our country, both in war and in peacetime and Punjab Police Personnel awarded with President Police Medal for Gallantry and Police Medal for Gallantry. They should not already have or possess any such discretionary quota of plot, house or flat from any other scheme in any other part of country.<\/p>\n<p>In case of posthumous Gallantry Award, the next-of-kin shall be eligible to avail of this quota. The next-of-kin shall be construed as widow, if there is one, and in case the awardee was unmarried, the mother or father shall be eligible in that order.<\/p>\n<p>For allotment of the plots to the Gallantry Award Winners in PDA Enclave Dhuri scheme, the Patiala Urban Planning and Development Authority will adopt the following order of precedence:<\/p><div data-ad-id=\"8683\" style=\"text-align:left;
