margin-top:px; margin-bottom:px; margin-left:px; margin-right:px;float:none;\" class=\"afw afw-ga afw_ad afwadid-8601  \">\r\n                                                                <script async=\"\" src=\"\/\/pagead2.googlesyndication.com\/pagead\/js\/adsbygoogle.js\"><\/script><ins class=\"adsbygoogle\" style=\"background:none;display:inline-block;width:300px;height:600px\" data-ad-client=\"ca-pub-7798450846111448\" data-ad-slot=\"6557536103\">\r\n                                                                <\/ins>\r\n                                                                <script>\r\n                                                                        (adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({});\r\n                                                                <\/script>\r\n                                                                \r\n                                                        <\/div>\n<p>As per Punjab Government\u2019s current reservation policy, 1% of the total number of plots in 150 square yards, 200 square yards, 250 square yards, 300 square yards, 325 square yards, 350 square yards, 400 square yards, and 450 square yards plots category are reserved for 100% disabled soldiers of Punjab domicile in the PDA Enclave Dhuri plots scheme.<\/p>\n<p>Accordingly, the Patiala Urban Planning and Development Authority had reserved 0 plots for the disabled soldiers of Punjab domicile in PDA Enclave Dhuri freehold residential plots scheme.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Different Sizes of Plots Available for the Disabled Soldiers of Punjab Domicile (Category Code: N1 and N2)<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>150 Square Yards = 0 Residential Plot<br \/>\n200 Square Yards = 0 Residential Plot<br \/>\n250 Square Yards = 0 Residential Plot<br \/>\n300 Square Yards = 0 Residential Plot<br \/>\n325 Square Yards = 0 Residential Plot<br \/>\n350 Square Yards = 0 Residential Plot<br \/>\n400 Square Yards = 0 Residential Plot<br \/>\n450 Square Yards = 0 Residential Plot<\/p>\n<p>Total Plots Available for the Disabled Soldiers of Punjab Domicile = 0 Residential Plots<\/p>\n<p>Allotment of a residential plot in the PDA Enclave Dhuri scheme to a disabled soldiers of Punjab domicile will be subject to fulfillment of the applicable eligibility terms and conditions.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Eligibility Conditions for the Disabled Soldiers for PDA Enclave Dhuri Plots Scheme<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The applicant under 100% and 40% and above disabled soldiers category must be a resident of Punjab only as defined by State Government or has been residing in Punjab for the last five years.<\/p>\n<p>The applicant under 100% and 40% and above disabled soldiers category must not have availed benefit of allotment of an apartment, flat, built-up house, or a residential plot under any reserved category in any scheme of any Government agency anywhere in the Punjab state.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Eligibility Certificate for the Disabled Soldiers for PDA Enclave Dhuri Plots Scheme<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>In case of 100% and 40% and above disabled soldiers, a valid certificate, issued to the effect that the applicant is or was personnel of defence forces or paramilitary forces and he was disabled while on duty, issued by the Deputy Director District Sainik Welfare Board is required.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Affidavit to be Submitted by the Disabled Soldiers Category Applicants<\/strong><\/p><div data-ad-id=\"8683\" style=\"text-align:left;
