margin-top:px; margin-bottom:px; margin-left:px; margin-right:px;float:none;\" class=\"afw afw-ga afw_ad afwadid-8601  \">\r\n                                                                <script async=\"\" src=\"\/\/pagead2.googlesyndication.com\/pagead\/js\/adsbygoogle.js\"><\/script><ins class=\"adsbygoogle\" style=\"background:none;display:inline-block;width:300px;height:600px\" data-ad-client=\"ca-pub-7798450846111448\" data-ad-slot=\"6557536103\">\r\n                                                                <\/ins>\r\n                                                                <script>\r\n                                                                        (adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({});\r\n                                                                <\/script>\r\n                                                                \r\n                                                        <\/div>\n<p><strong>PDA Enclave Dhuri Freehold Residential Plots Scheme: Earnest Money Deposit Scheme<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Several public and private sector banks were financing the Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) for the Patiala Urban Planning and Development Authority\u2019s PDA Enclave Dhuri residential plots scheme to the Indian citizens who wanted to apply for the residential plots in Dhuri, Punjab.<\/p>\n<p>The different banks were charging 9.70 to 11.00 percent per annum as rate of interest for the PDA Enclave Dhuri freehold residential plots scheme in the Earnest Money Deposit Scheme.<\/p>\n<p>In the Earnest Money Deposit Scheme, the banks offer total or 100% finance of the earnest money required to be deposited with the application form.<\/p>\n<p>The application forms and brochures of the PDA Enclave Dhuri residential plots scheme were available in the authorized branches of 5 banks in Punjab and Chandigarh.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.theteamwork.com\/articles\/2016-41424-pda-enclave-dhuri-plots-scheme-authorized-banks.html\"><strong>PDA Enclave Dhuri Plots Scheme &#8211;
