In PDA Enclave plots scheme in Dhuri, the Patiala Urban Planning and Development Authority had offered total 210 residential plots for the allotment to various category of applicants.<\/p>\n<p>2. The freehold residential plots being offered in the PDA Enclave plots scheme are located in Dhuri city near Sangrur and Ludhiana.<\/p>\n<p>3. PDA Enclave plots scheme in Dhuri is located at a distance of about 14 kilometers from Sangrur and 70 kilometers from Ludhiana.<\/p>\n<p>4. Dhuri is connected to Sangrur and Ludhiana by SH-11 (State Highway 11).<\/p>\n<p>5. PDA Enclave plots scheme in Dhuri is a well-planned residential project with state of the art infrastructure development.<\/p>\n<p>6. PDA Enclave residential plots scheme in Dhuri will have a provision of quality infrastructure and public utility services such as school, children park, community centre, shopping centre, nursing home, dispensary, taxi stand, police post, etc.<\/p>\n<p>7. PDA Enclave freehold residential plots scheme in Dhuri will have piped water supply, metalled roads, storm water drainage, and sewerage system.<\/p>\n<p>8. In the PDA Enclave plots scheme Dhuri, Patiala Urban Planning and Development Authority is giving residential plots on easy installments \u2013 only 10% of the total cost of plot is payable with application form as earnest money and 15% of the total cost of plot will be payable within 30 days of the allotment and the balance 75% of the plot\u2019s cost will be payable in six equated half-yearly installments along with interest at the rate of 12% per annum.<\/p>\n<p>9.
