PUDA Kapurthala Plots Scheme"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>PUDA Freehold Residential Plots Scheme in Kapurthala, Punjab<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Kapurthala (Punjab, India), November 08, 2015<\/p>\n<p>The Punjab Urban Planning and Development Authority (PUDA) had launched a freehold residential plots scheme (PUDA Scheme Code PUDA Kapurthala Plots Scheme) at Old Jail Site and Site Near Army Cantonment in Kapurthala, Punjab on February 11, 2013.<\/p><div data-ad-id=\"8601\" style=\"text-align:left; margin-top:px; margin-bottom:px; margin-left:px; margin-right:px;float:none;\" class=\"afw afw-ga afw_ad afwadid-8601  \">\r\n                                                                <script async=\"\" src=\"\/\/pagead2.googlesyndication.com\/pagead\/js\/adsbygoogle.js\"><\/script><ins class=\"adsbygoogle\" style=\"background:none;display:inline-block;width:300px;height:600px\" data-ad-client=\"ca-pub-7798450846111448\" data-ad-slot=\"6557536103\">\r\n                                                                <\/ins>\r\n                                                                <script>\r\n                                                                        (adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({});\r\n                                                                <\/script>\r\n                                                                \r\n                                                        <\/div>\n<p>The last date for submission of application forms for the PUDA Kapurthala residential plots scheme was on March 18, 2013.<\/p>\n<p>In PUDA plots scheme Kapurthala, the Punjab Urban Planning and Development Authority had offered residential plots of 150 to 250 square yards at an allotment rate of Rs. 11,000 and Rs. 12,500 per square yard.<\/p>\n<p>In the PUDA Kapurthala plots scheme, there were total 145 freehold residential plots available for the allotment to various category of applicants.<\/p>\n<p>The Punjab Urban Planning and Development Authority had offered these residential plots for allotment to the public through a lottery draw of lots.<\/p>\n<p>The lottery draw of lots for the PUDA Kapurthala plots scheme was held at Kapurthala (Punjab) on April 15, 2013.<\/p>\n<p>Punjab Urban Planning and Development Authority\u2019s PUDA Kapurthala plots scheme is located in Old Jail Site (95 freehold residential plots) and Site Near Army Cantonment (50 freehold residential plots) in Kapurthala, Punjab.<\/p>\n<p>The brochures including the applications forms of the PUDA Kapurthala plots scheme were available in the authorized branches of HDFC Bank Limited, ICICI Bank Limited, Oriental Bank of Commerce, Punjab Gramin Bank, Punjab National Bank, Punjab State Cooperative Bank, State Bank of India, and State Bank of Patiala in Punjab, Haryana, Chandigarh, and Delhi.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.theteamwork.com\/articles\/2016-40874-puda-kapurthala-plots-scheme-scheme-timeline.html\"><strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">PUDA Kapurthala Plots Scheme &#8211;
