{"id":3117,"date":"2015-11-08T13:05:22","date_gmt":"2015-11-08T07:35:22","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.theteamwork.com\/articles\/?p=3117"},"modified":"2015-11-08T20:41:21","modified_gmt":"2015-11-08T15:11:21","slug":"2016-40055-puda-enclave-plots-scheme-jagraon-terms-conditions","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.theteamwork.com\/articles\/2016-40055-puda-enclave-plots-scheme-jagraon-terms-conditions.html","title":{"rendered":"PUDA Enclave Plots Scheme Jagraon &#8211; Terms and Conditions"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>PUDA Enclave Residential Plots Scheme Jagraon \u2013 Terms and Conditions for the Allotment<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Jagraon (Punjab, India), November 08, 2015<\/p>\n<p>The Punjab Urban Planning and Development Authority (PUDA) had launched a residential plots scheme (PUDA Scheme Code PUDA Enclave Jagraon) in PUDA Enclave Jagraon in Punjab.<\/p><div data-ad-id=\"8601\" style=\"text-align:left; margin-top:px; margin-bottom:px; margin-left:px; margin-right:px;float:none;\" class=\"afw afw-ga afw_ad afwadid-8601  \">\r\n                                                                <script async=\"\" src=\"\/\/pagead2.googlesyndication.com\/pagead\/js\/adsbygoogle.js\"><\/script><ins class=\"adsbygoogle\" style=\"background:none;display:inline-block;width:300px;height:600px\" data-ad-client=\"ca-pub-7798450846111448\" data-ad-slot=\"6557536103\">\r\n                                                                <\/ins>\r\n                                                                <script>\r\n                                                                        (adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({});\r\n                                                                <\/script>\r\n                                                                \r\n                                                        <\/div>\n<p>In the PUDA Enclave residential plots scheme Jagraon, the Punjab Urban Planning and Development Authority was offering total 601 residential plots of various sizes for the allotment.<\/p>\n<p>Booking or registration for the PUDA Enclave residential plots scheme in Jagraon was open for the citizens of India from November 06, 2012 to November 30, 2012.<\/p>\n<p>The Punjab Urban Planning and Development Authority will allot a plot in the PUDA Enclave Jagraon residential scheme subject to fulfillment of certain terms and conditions.<\/p>\n<p><strong>PUDA Enclave Residential Plots Scheme Jagraon &#8211; The General Terms and Conditions<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>1. Allotment of a residential plot in the PUDA Enclave plots scheme Jagraon shall be governed by provision of the Rules and Regulations contained and Policies framed under the Punjab Regional and Town Planning and Development Act 1995.<\/p>\n<p>2. The applicant must have attained the age of majority (18 years) as on the last date of applications for this residential scheme.<\/p>\n<p>3. For the applicants applying under the physically handicapped quota (Disabled Persons Category), there will be a rebate of 5% on the price of a plot. However, the Earnest Money Deposit for them shall be the same as others.<\/p>\n<p>4. The price for a corner, play area or park facing plot shall be 10% extra. In case a plot is both corner and play area or park facing, the price of the plot shall be 15% extra.<\/p>\n<p>5. The PUDA residential plots are allotted on as is where is basis. The Punjab Urban Planning and Development Authority shall not be liable to compensate for any extra expenditure that the allottee may have to incur for leveling the plot area.<\/p>\n<p>6. The Punjab Urban Planning and Development Authority (PUDA) Building Bye Laws, as amended from time-to-time, shall govern zoning and permissible covered area for these residential plots.<\/p>\n<p>7. Extra price of a plot for the final measurement being higher than the indicated size, hike in compensation of the acquired land and\/or increase in the cost of development or else due to delays beyond the control of Punjab Urban Planning and Development Authority, will be charged additionally on pro-rata basis from the allottee.<\/p>\n<p>8. The Punjab Urban Planning and Development Authority shall pay interest at the rate of 5.5% per annum for the period EMD (Earnest Money Deposit) is retained by the PUDA beyond 91 days after the last date for applications. Reservation of plots for the reserved categories shall be as per the Punjab Government Policy.<\/p>\n<p>10.
